After a few posts of Ishigaki, I would like to write a short passage of a review from my stay in Bangkok last month. (I will continue the Ishigaki post later!) Since I have visited Bangkok for so many times, hence I won’t look for expensive hotels but a more economy price but at the same time convenient! If you are looking for some special, comfy and economy which save some money in your pocket, then this one you should not want to miss!
The location is just right at the BTS station – Phrom Phong, took me only 5 mins distance to the hotel! To me, the location is really important and it is also important to pick one that is close to the BTS because the traffic in Bangkok made you mad!! So I would assume no one would like to spend the time being stuck in the traffic no matter how pretty the hotel was!
Anyways, the lobby wasn’t super pretty, but a more causal with 2 swing seats on the side. Staff was nice and helpful if you have any queries they were willing to help! There aren’t many floors but only 4? If I am not wrong! We stayed on the 1st floor, lucky enough it wasn’t in the upper floor as the escalator was being repaired at that time. So …. Lucky us! 🙂
One of the reason I picked this hotel not only because of the price, but I love how the design of the interior. They provide different themes of the industrial loft style room and each of them looks so pretty! I’m quite addicted to industrial loft style that’s as the reason I picked this hotel! The size of the room was quite big and love the high chair with a long table sit next to the window. However there’s no view only looking at the street. There wasn’t any wardrobe but a few hangers given to hang the clothes on the tube!
In terms of facilities, there weren’t any tube but shower. Fridge, hair dryer and other basic necessity did provide. However do remember to bring your tooth brush and toothpaste as these won’t be include.
The only thing that I suggested to improve is the WI-FI which was really weak!! Especially at night can’t even connected to my notebook! From my understanding it was only a small hub at the lobby to share with all hotel guest which definitely wasn’t enough. Also the towel they have given was a bit too dry! I hope they could improve those 2 issues. However overall I would rate 4 STARS out of 5! Oh!! and it only cost us HK$300 per night which is only HK$150 / person a day! (Price might differ from seasonal) The price is just a bit higher than my lunch! and the last thing is I really love the sofa!! very comfortable!!
How to get there?
