Apologize I have not update since a few months ago since I have been too busy of my work. Anyways, let me introduce another nice and spectacular spot to go especially with kids to you. Most of the time, whenever we heard someone going to Thailand – Bangkok, what pops up in your head would be thai food, Spa and shopping! So you might ask if I plan to bring my kids, then should I just leave them in the hotel? Of course not! There’s a nice place where your kids do will enjoy! 🙂 Today I would like to tell you a secret bookstore situated at the top floor in Central Embassy, Open House – unlike normal bookstore but it is a fit-for-all space created to serve everybody’s tastes.
Open House actually was opened since 2017 MAR however I don’t have a chance to visit till several months ago. It was designed by a famous Japanese designer – Klein Dytham Architects who was the one who designed Daikanyama T-site book store in Tokyo. The whole floor is full of different columns with loads of books displayed on a illuminated shelving! Also there are sofas on different area so that you can take a book and rest on it.

As mentioned above, the area been divided into eight different zoning below!
1/ Eating Deck Zone
2/ Eat by the Park Zone
3/ Open House Bookshop by Hardcover
4/ Co-Thinking Zone
5/ Art Tower Zone
6/ Design Shop Zone
7/ Open playground Zone
8/ Diplomat Screen Embassy by AIS
The eight different zoning includes dining, cafe, stationery, working space, playground zone for kids and the most spectacular area – diplomat screen by AIS!!! which you can experience the best movie experience in the world! It is a luxury cinema in Bangkok. Since I’m in a rush by the time so I don’t have a chance to experience but sure I can share more if I will be there by next month! There are different cafes/ restaurants where you could either pick your favor afternoon tea set or dinner. All of them looks lovely and of course the food as well!
While the parents were enjoying their afternoon tea, there are kids playground which have slides and net where they can spend their happy moment with little friends.
In conclusion, open house is a relaxed area where you can almost spend the whole afternoon here, pick a seat and a book with coffee. So going to Thailand now is not only spa and food but also a chance to let yourself relax, enjoy the moments with yourself or family. It is also a co-living space where you can find the best view in Bangkok and most important is to share the happiness in such a creative territory.
