It has been another 3 months after my previous post . I have been travelling A LOT!! during my holiday in the past couple of months before I started my new job in MAY. I can’t wait to share many many things to you. However before sharing my new adventure , would like to continue my previous one in Bangkok. If you are a frequent reader of my blog, then you probably know Bangkok is my 2nd home and actually I did buy a flat in there. 😉 I planned to retire in Bangkok when I get old! I love the excitement and most importantly is the convenience of the city. Anyways, today I would like to introduce this spectacular cafe – unlike normal cafe but they provide NITROGEN COFFEE!!! sounds cool isn’t it?
Nitro coffee is cold brew coffee infused with the colorless, odorless gas nitrogen.
We put gases into cold beverages all the time; the gas carbon dioxide is what gives soda pop its characteristic bubbles and is why we refer to it as being “carbonated”.
As many of you may know, there are a lot of cafes in Bangkok (same as Korea)! In my previous post, I have introduce the afternoon tea of So Sofitel in Sala Deng. This cafe is situated very close to So Sofitel in one of the alley. It doesn’t have a very eye catchy cafe as the exterior looks total white. It’s very easy to pass by if you are not aware. There are 2 floors in the interior and it is more like a bar than a Cafe due to the fact that they have a long table which allow you to sit in front of the barista.
The menu can see clearly from what they have though the glaze. There are 4 different types of coffee in the menu. Their signature coffee is ‘Kai Kem’ Latte. It is a mixed of salty egg with Carmel and honey! Sounds so cool? isn’t it? Also they have matcha latte mixed with homemade pudding plus coconut milk and green tea. In addition, they also have black truffle cocoa with a little piece of gold foil on top. I ordered this and it wasn’t taste too sweet with a very strong taste of truffle!

Also if you are a durian fans, then you MUST order the durian milk tea! They do also offer a few preference of tea which include rose lychee tea, tropical iced tea, peanut butter iced tea. There are lots to choose from!
Lastly but not least at the front door, there is a fridge which offers ‘Kai Kem’ ice-cream which can even take away! Remember to take a visit if you were around!
