If you have read my previous posts of Ishigaki Island (if not just click to the side bar), though it is a small island but lots of exciting things to do and eat! There are a few dessert places which I highly suggest to go after dinner or a place to chill. Unlike normal dessert store, it looks more like a magical chocolate factory to me! and interior looks like a scenery in Harry Potter!

The Ivy Chelsea_London Travel

This is the 4th post of London and I would like to share this famous IG restaurant – The Ivy Chelsea Garden to you. If you are an IG user, this place might looks familiar to you because of the famous exterior decoration of the restaurant.

The full wall panel along the exterior of the restaurant used to change with seasonal decoration. Last month – December 2017, it was full of metallic Christmas ornaments. People who passed by can’t control not to take a shot and upload immediately to social media. Of course, I also took one before I went in for breakfast!  😉

Back to 1931 – JiDai Sushi Bar in TAIWAN

Best Place to Eat in Taipei Jidai 1931 Taiwan Travel

Following the post of where to stay in Taiwan, I would like to introduce some nice places to eat and attractions of Taipei during my business trip last year. If you have read some history about Taiwan, you might know it was a dependency of Japan between 1895 and 1945. Thus it is easy to find some Japanese style architecture, even the residential area throughout the city. Ji Dai 1931 is one of those which remain the style of the Showa period in Japan.

A little background of the restaurant, it is owned by a Japan catering group which have 30 restaurants throughout  Japan. So this is one of those they expanded in Taiwan. It is situated in Zhongshan district which takes only 5 minutes walkable distance from Zhongshan station, it is very easy to find. It named Ji Dai (Time) 1931 because they wish their customer could feel being into the time of that period while dining in the restaurant. Being successfully remain the exterior of the architecture of marble Soda factory (predecessor of Ji Dai 1931), it make it more unique and stand out from a modern city.

I felt amazing when you could see such a old style architecture situated in Zhongshan district (which is full of shopping mall, different brands). I was addicted to the exterior and no doubt you would be interested to get in of such historical style with 2 old style benches in front.

FANTASTIC Thai Restaurant in Chiangmai – Thevaros

Thevaros Thai Restaurant Chiangmai

trazy.com

Continues my last trip in Chiangmai, we went to this restaurant without any planning on our last day, just to find a place that could spend our time for the delayed flight for almost 7 hours! What a nightmare! However because of this delayed, we decided to look for some new dining place that’s close to our hotel.

We have no idea what kind of food they offer but the gorgeous building was attractive enough for me to look into their menu. There are various kinds of Thai food with reasonable prices. Just a sneak peak from the exterior you can either sit outside and inside. So let’s see how’s the interior look and feel.

We were welcomed by their staff with such a friendly smile on their face and they were so attentive. We have to sit interior as the outer seats are full. The restaurant is huge and have a very beautiful environment. There’s a cafe bar on the side and in the middle there’s a long table. I love the interior decoration and obviously this have been well designed. It is so stylish yet tradition with the leak wood Chiangmai design. The lighting of the store is very soft and made us feel so relax to spend our time for our delayed flight! Guess we found a perfect dining place. How exciting this was in such an unexpected situation!

With lots of small lovely wall paintings along the little shops, is easy to find some nice spot for lovely shot! So let me show you how special this Park is!
